comunication problem all the time
The unit stopped working found b+ fuse line dead at fuse. Bad fuse link made my own fuse link fixed problem. Have communication problems all the time with the unit. Bad ass when it work right.

Absolutely a must have
Worked exactly as described. Kind of a bummer I had to pay a yearly subscription cost for it but overall worth it. I do have some issues with reception in the Boston but in other places, it works flawlessly. It is extremely consistent where it does work and where it doesn't so I know for certain the installation was done correctly.

Great Product
The vsm 200 was installed in my car by best buy with no issues, it only took 30 minutes for the installation and it works fine fine. No issues what so ever, Very satisfied. Highly recommend

No good/old unit
It's on very old model. I contacted VIPER an was told the unit was too old to work with the new phones out now. They gave me a refund for my year subscription I had payed for. Now im stuck with it because it's been over 30days

un useable
Did not come with all the wire harnesses wasted my money on it and it is no use to me. Can't added it on to my Viper alarm.
