These gummies have really helped to change the way I sleep. I struggle with insomnia and I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. These gummies have helped me to fall asleep faster and stay asleep. They taste great and are affordable. I usually take Calm G and magnesium glycinate as supplements, which are helpful but tend to be on the more expensive side. These gummies have helped me to not only sleep better but to also save some money in the process.

I used to take melatonin but it always made me feel horrible the next day. I later found out it was called melatonin hangover lol. So I looked up valerian root and tried these gummies. Not only do they taste really good they Work Fantastic!! I absolutely love them! It says to take 2 but I started off with half of one to see how it effected me then went to a whole one. It does the job! I’m sleepy without feeling drugged. And the next day I’m feeling good without that druggy feeling!

I slept soooooo good when I took these. I need to purchase more because its a twofer...probiotic for down there and I can relax.

My wife and I switched over to these from marijuana based sleep gummies and they work as well in making us sleepy without the slight “hangover” effect in the morning . They taste pretty good as well and are reasonably priced.

I'm on my second bag now so these are a keeper! I need an extra "nudge" to get to sleep at night and didn't want to mess with melatonin. These are amazing! I still have to be good about watching what time I consume caffeine during the day, and practice other good sleep habits, but as long as I do that these work every time! They're tasty which is definitely a bonus! Make sure you seal the bag really well because I didn't a couple times and the gummies dried out a little.

This is garbage. Took ,2 first night nothing 3 second nothing 4 third night nothing. All I got was a bad aftertaste and the bill not worth anything

I have nights that I wake up around 2am -3am and can't go back to sleep. So either I let my mind torment me or get up knowing I'm going to be tired all day! These great tasting gummies help so much!! I will eat two when I'm getting ready to go to bed. I go to sleep easily. Although I still wake up at least once, I now can go back to a restful sleep until I'm ready to get up!! So these gummies are a Yahooooooooooooooo from me.

Great taste, no artificial flavor/aftertaste, good gummy chew texture. I bought them to help with staying asleep - this is very, very subjective and could have any number of caveats and reasons that are just me but it did seem like some chews didn’t do much and after others I slept hard, woke up groggy, and struggled to feel awake for about an hour after waking up. I’ll buy again - the taste is good and they worked more often than not.
