This is a terrible product. I would never buy this type of air drums set. I am so disappointed with it, they should have paid me, not me pay them. The controls are not simple, it makes me feel like a blind person playing on a drum set that does what it wants. No control what so ever, and the only cool thing about the item is how it lights up. That really isn’t impressive seeing as to why I got it was to play drums, not hate the day this item came to my doorstep. If I had the option of never seeing this item, I would wake up with one less regret in my life.

Really cool gadget! The response time is solid, and the pedals add a nice touch of realism. Takes a little practice to get your rhythm right in the air, but once you do, it’s a blast.

If Bad Jazz Were TherapyI love these, but they are a piece of junk. There, I said it, so now I don’t feel bad if you buy them. I tried everything to get these to work. I fully charged them, I read and re-read the instructions which were obviously a very bad translation from Chinese into English. I even watched videos, but to no avail. Every time I played them, it was like a game of hide-and-seek: first the drum is here, now it’s over there, then everything turns into a high hat, now everything disappears. If you love your children, do not buy this for them. However, if you do not love your children, then this could be the highlight of their future traumatic memories and the foundation for their future therapist’s wealth.That said, I love them. It took a bit to realize, but after many unsuccessful attempts approaching them as a serious instrument, I finally reinterpreted them as a psychedelic experience. This is what you do:1. Turn on the sticks and, if you have them, the pedals.2. Turn off all the lights so you’re in a completely dark room.3. Sit in a really comfy chair.4. Close your eyes and flail away.It’s amazing: flashing lights combined with de-syncopated percussion. It’s like watching fireworks through closed eyes while a drum kit rolls down the side of a steep hill. And you never know what sound you’ll hit next as the audio-visual psychedelia parades past your eyes and ears. Whenever I’m stressed (and who isn’t), just 10-15 minutes of Bad Jazz Therapy on my lovely Onx Air Drums puts my mind into blissful peace, again.Thank you Onx for making a peace of junk that every child should avoid but every stressed adult should own.

The product page says Bluetooth, but they are NOT Bluetooth, you have to hard-wire them to earphones or speaker.

I bought this as a Christmas gift, but since I saw my grandson for thanksgiving I decided to give it to him since he lives 6 hours away. He said they do not work right. I want to know if I can get a refund. He is in a band and he practices in his garage and te drumsticks are not like the video shows.
