This is a great product for little ones. We use it to help calm my daughter down at the end of the night since she has trouble falling asleep. I even tried it myself and felt the effects of it calming me down mentally and physically. The flavor is delicious and they aren't super chewy which I like so it's like half the chews it takes for a gummy bear which is a great feature so little ones won't choke on it!

These gummies taste great and are easy for kids to take. However, I haven’t noticed a clear difference in sleep or relaxation. They’re a nice way to get some magnesium, but I’m unsure if they really work.
