Right from the box this was a snap to get up and running. Well packaged and was snugly in place. Came with touch screen, wireless mouse and wireless keyboard, which I did not expect. Set up with Windows 8 went without a hitch. I was pleasently surprised when the auto setup and instalation was completed (less than 30 minutes) all my information, background picture, Explorer favorites and App settings were already in place. The system runs fast and is pretty much silent. Built in speakers sound great and will save room on the desk as well as one less outlet to search for. All in all very satisfied so far!

Great clear monitor. picture is very clear. many aps to choose from.I am still learning email tecniqs This was a hugejump from xp to 8.1.Wish there were aps for google and utube.I find the keyboard small.I have poor vision.Overall, I am pleased with my purchse. RGB

Took some time to get used to the Windows environment but like all smartphones and tablets with app shortcuts, it actually isnt that bad to use. The Dell is my 5th PC in over 10+ years time and all have functioned with no issues.

Microsoft has blindsided Dell with Windows 8. This op program is a piece of crap. The unfortunate thing is that I could not find a Dell product that I liked that did not have version 8 or 8.1. Consequently I returned the Dell and purchased an Apple IMac which I love.I have spoken to many many people and all the same comment Windows is a piece of s--t. This is also true of the small business personnel who install and /or maintain home computers, bottom line is stay away from anything containing Windows 8 or 8.1

You can't beat the quality of a dell. I have owned dell products over the years and find no complaints yet. Takes a little to get used to windows 8 operating system but I'll have that problem solved over time and use. The purchase thru Amazon was easy and the item was shipped as advertised with no problems.

it says all in one touchscreen but it is not...at least mines does not operate manually or touch...am i doing something wrong

I just received this computer and tried to load it with a new Microsoft Office installation only to find a corrupted copy had been installed in September, 2013, five months ago! Must be a used computer, which really angers me, Amazon!
