I LOVE it! The ease of putting this together. I also love that it has an off/low/high button!! That way you’re not using it all up at once! When I had it in low, the scent wasn’t overpowering and yet I could definitely smell that it was on and it was SO nice to have a light scent throughout my kitchen. So the performance of this diffuser is everything! Especially moments when you’re not home to enjoy it. The citrus scent is divine and perfect for summer. I plan on using the vanilla scent for fall and then mint for winter. I’m really excited about this fragrance diffuser. I also love the look of it as it’s perfect in any room and looks classic and timeless. I love that I’m using a fragrance that’s not only good for me but also for my kitty. The durability is also great because the feel of the diffuser itself feels like it will not wear or tear. The value of this product is also perfect for everything you get.

I really wanted to like this product. And at first, I did—two of the three starter kit scents were nice: subtle but pleasant (which I didn’t mind since I don’t like overpowering scents). But here’s the catch: once I started buying the individual scents (which are non-refundable) the quality dropped dramatically. My second order was noticeably weaker, but I brushed it off. By the third time I ordered, the scent was so faint it was basically nonexistent. Because the scents are non-refundable, I reported it to Amazon, thinking I’d just gotten a bad batch, but also starting to become suspicious that the formula was being watered down. After that, I was shocked to find the company had actually blocked me from purchasing again. Still wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and because I’d already committed to buying the diffuser, I tried one more time through another account—and the exact same thing happened! Super faint scent, nothing like what originally came in the kit. I’m now noticing that the starter kit has good reviews, but the individual scents do not. It really feels like a bait and switch: the starter kit comes strong enough to hook you, but once you start buying refills you’re stuck with a weak watered-down non-refundable product. Either they’re cutting their formula, or the plug in diffuser simply doesn’t last (and mine is less than a year old). Bottom line: By the time you realize what’s happening, you can’t return the diffuser (which is expensive) and you’re at a loss. Don’t waste your money on this!

Love the size of this diffuser, plus the on off button is great! Also the different fragrances are nice.
