This works for some of my USB needs, however at times it has a hiccup and the attached monitor will green screen. I think I noticed the issue with the Ethernet as well. The build is very well constructed and the USB ports have good throughput. I would recommend it for travel docking, but not for a permanent monitor/network/USB connection. Update: Received a new firmware and am testing and it takes time for the issues to pop up. I still recommend it and I use another Dockcase product that works perfectly as well. Updated to five stars for the new firmware and support given.

This device is amazing and comes with a 40Gbps cable, stable as a rock and even transfer power to charge my laptop in addition to the ethernet port that process as if directly connected. The sleek design makes it look nice on my desk. Came with a recent Firmware updated version.

Works well and configurable

Really neat design and I love seeing the screen to ensure things plugged in are working as expected. It is a great dongle and the housing feels premium. However, the UI built in often crashes (like 1 out of every 4 times I try to use it), freezing the screen and preventing the menu button from functioning. Unplugging and plugging anything providing power and plugging it back in always fixes it. Also, there is a major lack of documentation as none is provided in packaging and nothing available online. If you want to know what this will do, you'll have to experiment and hope you find everything.

I use this hub on broadcast shows, along with my Surface, and it has been a tremendous help. Much prefer this dock over the MS one, for both price and functionality. My first 10-in-1 Explorer had a faulty D-button but their customer support replaced the entire unit for free! I've tried a few different manufacturers for this line of products and I think DockCase is easily at the top of my preferred vendors.

Not sure what use case this is best used with..as a dock the video cuts out on the monitors briefly going black every so often. The remaining ports are helpful and the screen is really cool. For using a phone as a desktop (samsung dex) I found this useless. With a laptop it worked pretty well until the video cuts out. Not worth the trouble of making all my hardware week with the doc and not the other way around. Returned.

Cool design but had so many issues with this hub. From hearing whistling high pitched sound coming from it when having my monitor and Mac book pro attached to it. I stopped using it because of the sounds coming from. It looks great and it’s compact but had to stop using it.

This hub looks really good and performs amazing.

Hermoso, algo caro pero muy útil y estéticamente llamativo

We swapped out a Surface Laptop dock with this thing. Interface is USB-C - Charges the Surface Laptop via USB-C and both external monitors work file. A++

some of the docks shows the poor connection when you use them you need to reconnect it several times and they may works
