Product Description Zero xtreme berry is the leading electrolyte sports drink tab. It produces a clean-tasting and highly refreshing drink with zero calories. The tabs contain light natural flavours with no artificial colours or preservatives. Zero contains vitamin C and 5 electrolytes, including sodium, magnesium and potassium.Vitamin C in zero supports a healthy immune system, protects the cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It works well
Does the job very effectively, also no large tubs to store, just put one tablet into your bottle fill with 500 ml water and off you go, it works, that's all you need or want.

Alright, but...
I use these tablets often when I hike, and for bigger exercise days to ward off dehydration. They're not too sweet and tasty to drink.1st time ordering from this seller. Ordered berry and got orange flavour in the berry tube! Doesn't matter too much to me as I'll drink it anyway, but if you're after one particular flavour, be aware.

Good product
After doing a recent bike event and cycling 60miles in this hot weather I later developed a headache.someone recommended these hydrating tablets to me and after training and long bike rides noticed that I didn't have that usual headache and seemed to recover better.I would recommend to buy for runners, cyclist and anybody who does any intense exercise

really good.
These are fab, i use for Metafit and instanity classes, give you that small boost due to caffeine content, really good. Can leave you oh such a little bit wired, but great also for gym workouts which do give you that edge and determination to finish those reps.

Great for after the gym/night out!
I go to the gym for 2-3 hours a day - I work hard and I sweat a lot. Often I find that I get tired and feel head-achy afterwards. These are a good pick me up, and make me feel much better. They do contain caffeine, however, (which is not stated on the description) and the taste and colours are a bit lurid, but i still enjoy them. Also take two before you go to bed/morning after a night out and you'll feel a lot better!

My fave
My favourite tablet based gym drink. Keeps me hydrated, tastes nice and has a little caffeine kick. Will keep buying.Powders are cheaper but tablets are so convenient.

Good recovery
I feel I have a quicker recovery after my long runs when I drink a bottle with the electrolye tablet. I got Berry flavour which I'm not really keen on. But that's because I tend to prefer lemon/grapefruit/orange flavours. Apart from that, I would recommend them to other athletes.

These have become a must before any hard training sessions or races for me now. Gives me so much more towards the end of longer races!
