I love the sodium, potassium and magnesium ratio. It's perfect for someone on the keto diet like me. I can easily get enough sodium from the food I eat and the seasoning I use. I've always found it more difficult to consume large amounts of potassium from food. The magnesium content is just right. I love the grape flavour; it's not as sweet as Ultima's, which also tastes good, but I prefer this one as it doesn't taste like artificial sweeteners. The cost is good value for money — I'm spending half the amount I would on Ultima and it's definitely cheaper than LMNT. I don't like that LMNT has 1000 mg of sodium. Keto Bodybuilder approved!

I thought that I got the fruit punch flavor but I love this drink mix I will be purchasing again and this mix dissolves as soon as you put it in water the flavor is very good and it does quench your thirst.

This product is the truth!!!!!!! Ive already noticed a big difference!!!! Im barely bloated, i am not running to the bathroom right after i drink water and i all around feel very good taking this. I was already taking things to hydrate myself but this is the best. Ill definitely get this again
