It fits very well in the front(nice support) and back (covers very well) its only drawback is that there is excess fabric between the legs and it wrinkles in that area, they could make it thinner in that area.

Material seems good for the price. The waist fits true to size. There is no pouch. I cannot fully recommend these and will likely not wear them and/or get rid of them quickly because of the lack of room in the front.
