Could you use this in a steam room?

Probably not. It’s quite thick and gooey like normal bubble bath really. You are probably better to put a few drops of actual Olbas Oil near the heating element in the steam room

No, this version is not an oil.

are there any carrier oils in this or pure essential oils?-i want to use in my aromatherapy diffuser..

I use the original Olbas Inhalant Decongestant Oil in my diffuser with no problems, just be careful when adding it to the water because it is strong. I use a weak solution at night and a slightly stronger solution, up to an hour at a time, if needed during the day.

can this be used like shower gel?? (don't have a bath) :(

I guess you could, but to a lesser effect as the point is to inhale the steam while you relax in the warm water. I would add a bit to my normal shower gel, i think on its own it’s quite strong.
