(Update below)This was my first time purchasing from this seller, I normally buy a different one for my installs, but it was out of stock so I went with this one based off of the price, quick shipping, and the seemingly decent reviews…. As always I checked the screen before closing it back up and upon first inspection it looked/worked fine, then did this. Well It worked for all of not even 5 minutes, then started doing this! So I disconnected/reconnected everything, just to make sure it wasn’t an error on my part during install.. thought that did the trick, but of course after completing the install (adhesive waterproof seal and all…) it worked fine for all of 7 min before going back to doing this. I’ve never had this happen during any of the replacement screens I’ve done, but as I said before, I normally purchase from a different seller, so I really don’t know if I just happened to get a defective product… but it’s definitely frustrating either way! Oh and side note for those off you who have little to no experience doing replacement installs, make sure you watch videos as well as get instructions/tips elsewhere, because none are included with this product. Not a big deal for me but it might be for others getting ready to do a screen replacement on their own! *edit to add update on 7/16/25( update is long but important: re potential fire hazard!) * as of this update I have heard nothing from the company in regards to my screen issues, so I can’t speak on how their customer service is.. but my phone continued to flash the logo for a few weeks until it randomly started to work seemingly normal again. But I noticed the screen would start to get warm at the bottom, towards the charging port. And I don’t mean while charging it either, I’m talking just using the phone for a few minutes it would get HOT. So hot if you were outside using it for more than 10 min it would give a temperature warning, saying the phone was too hot to be used. 😳 I’ve lived in Arizona my whole life and have only seen that Warning twice, when I had to leave my phone in the car while at the river in the middle of summer, etc. and that was an old phone 15 years ago.. so it definitely shouldn’t be happening from 10 min of use, at 8:30 in the morning, while standing in shade… and it only ever gets hot in a small spot down at the bottom of the screen, no where else. Well then one night a couple weeks later it died before I could get to my charger and boom it wouldn’t turn on or work normal. It immediately started to flash the apple logo every few seconds AGAIN, no matter what I tried. And it did this for WEEKS. Finally, a few days ago same thing, I was messing around with the side buttons, and the screen started to work again… Still gets very hot. Like in the time it took to update this review, the small spot of screen above the charging port is burning hot.. that’s extremely concerning, and is a major red flag 🚩 for a potential fire hazard! So I would give zero stars at this point. I’m going to have to order another new screen from somewhere else. Before this one causes my house to burn down or something crazy 😳 #lawsuitwaitingtohappen

Just as described in the product description, this screen has excellent quality, a reasonable price, and an outstanding performance. The installation is simple and the screen immediately resumes normal operation. The video description is very clear.

Installation is simple, the screen quality is good, the screen performance is excellent, the thickness is fine, the display picture is clean and tidy. It is the best screen I have ever used so far. Highly recommended!

I easily replaced the screen of my phone. The product is of excellent quality and the replacement process is straightforward and easy to follow. It saved a lot of expensive repair costs and was completed in just half an hour. Highly recommended!!

Delivery was on time, the Package was sealed, and the contents were not damaged. I had no major problems with removing the old screen and installing the new one, except that the ribbon could not be put back into the track it came from with the plate screwd in. I deff tired many different ways to get the ribbon in the track and screw the plate on. So extra parts?? LOL. After installing the screen and turning the phone on, a couple of hours go by with the phone on the charge, when all of a sudden, the screen turns on and my alarms sound are going off, being switched, like someone remote into my phone and was changing my settings. While I'm sleeping, I wake up to my phone playing random alarm sounds, with the screen showing, like someone was using it. So I've been dealing with that, which i will say was NOT happening before with the old screen. Today, got out of the car, went inside to my appointment, and someone asked me for the time. I take out my phone to tell them and go to swipe up, and nothing happens. THE SCREEN STOPPED RESPONDING. I had to wait until I got home to ask Copilot how to restart the phone with an unresponsive screen. Quickly tap Vol up, then Vol down, then hold the side button until the phone turns off. After rebooting it, the screen came back to working, but I'm worried about how glitchy this screen is.

Trash. Not durable and not worth the money if it intends to break after a week. Dead pixels and screen now flashing. Better off spending the extra and getting something better

The white is not white, lost a ton of brightness on the screen, do not buy from them the screen feels so cheep. Also came with the flex cables damaged and a scratch on the screen
