I’m writing this review a bit late as my car was in the workshop for an unrelated issue, which delayed my ability to fully test the charger. I was one of the first customers (possibly the first) to purchase this charger on Amazon after discovering it online, and my experience has been challenging yet wonderful.The product was shipped and delivered promptly. From the moment it was dispatched, the installation technician kept in touch and arrived the very next day after delivery to set it up. However, the problem began after installation and commissioning. My car (a 1st Gen Tata Nexon EV) showed as connected, but it wouldn’t start charging. It turned out to be a software update issue with the charger, but the company was quick to resolve it by providing a replacement with updated software. I must commend their responsiveness—the replacement was sent promptly, and the support team was in constant contact to ensure I faced no further issues. I was honestly impressed with the level of customer service; it was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It felt like they went above and beyond, possibly even taking a loss on my unit, to provide the kind of service every company should aspire to offer.Now that I’ve been using the charger for almost two months, it’s been working flawlessly. I’ve tested it on several friends’ vehicles, including the Tata Nexon and Tiago, as well as the Hyundai Ioniq. The charger worked seamlessly across all of them, automatically adjusting from 3.3 kW for the Nexon to 11 kW for the Ioniq. With Tata cars, there’s a slight quirk where you sometimes need to hold the charging gun for a second for it to lock properly, but I believe this is an issue on Tata’s end, as I’ve encountered the same thing with another third-party portable charger I own.**My only minor complaint is that while the charger has built-in Wi-Fi, you need to pay to activate it.** CORRECTION - IT IS AVAILABLE FOR FREE, ONLY NEEDS TO BE SET UP IN THE APP, I WAS NOT AWARE OF IT. Exicom does clearly state this on their product page now, it is nice that it is included by default. You have to access all the charging data via app through Bluetooth/Wi-Fi. You can start charging using the provided NFC card or through their app via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, which also gives you detailed data on your charging sessions. There’s no display on the unit, just three LEDs that show the charging status through different colours.Overall, this is a solid product from a well-established, stock market-listed company. For those who may not know, Exicom is the OEM charger provider for many top brands, including Tata, MG, BYD, and BMW, making them one of the most reliable names in this space. This was the main reason I jumped at the chance to buy this product as soon as it was available online. I highly recommend this charger to anyone in the market for one—it’s a great product with even better customer service. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time for such an excellent product and experience! Big thumbs up!

I have purchased 11KW Spin Air Charger. Initially I had to apply for 3 phase connection which took a substantial amount of time. After that I contacted Exicom customer service to install the charger.Charger is working fine as of now from 2 days and Exicom customer team is prompt in installing and commissioning the charger. The app is super easy and convenient to use.

I recently bought the Exicom 7.5KW EV car charger from Amazon for TATA Nexon EV (45KW), and I must say it’s been working flawlessly so far! The installation was easy, and it’s charging my EV without any issues. The charger is efficient and the build quality is Decent.One thing I noticed was a small confusion regarding the warranty. The app shows that the warranty is one year, while the product itself comes with a 2-year warranty. However, I contacted the customer support team, and they cleared up the misunderstanding promptly. Their service was great, and they were quick to respond.I’m happy with the performance and customer support, and I would highly recommend this charger to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported EV charging solution.

The charger broke down in 10 months of purchase and the service is absolutely horrendous. I registered a complaint more than one week ago but there has been no update, I call them every damn day yet all they say is they are short staffed and give excuses. Their app doesn’t work, waste quality and irritating. I would absolutely not recommend anyone to buy exicom.
