Definitely a must for road trip vacations! We didn’t plug it in the car, cooled it the night before to store perishables on the drive and then used it more like a mini-fridge at the hotel. In the hotel I put all the drinks in this to keep cool, and the tiny hotel fridge was for food & leftovers. It not only kept everything very cold, but we even had to adjust the temp because the drinks partially froze. The only way this could be better is if it was a little bigger, but it was big enough for our family of 4. For capacity reference: I kept it stocked with 4-5 20oz protein waters, 4 vitamin waters, 4 28oz Powerades, and 10-12 16.9oz water bottles. I was able to put them in at room temp and within hours they were ice cold and partially frozen.

Super cool product that I don’t think has any real competition for the price. I looked at a Ryobi cooler to compare because I already have Ryobi batteries. Even having to buy the batteries, this cooler was a better deal. It works great for road trips, no need to constantly worry about ice. But how I use it the most is out on my patio when I’m having a barbecue, get-together, or watching a game outside. You can either just plug it in, or 2 batteries will keep things cold all afternoon even if it’s hot outside. Capable of functioning as a freezer. Very nice design with the secondary compartment to keep snacks and food items cool. Just the right size, reasonably light, with wheels… one of those few purchases were you have absolutely zero regrets.

Decent product and here are the pros and cons for it.Pros:not that noisy, not that heavy even my kids can carry kid np. Bluetooth control is a good feature to have to moniter the cooler. Has wheel and a handle. Pretty easy to figure everything out without reading the manual. Decent price point and decent storageCons:Not 40 or 45 watt on eco and not 60 watt max.On eco I was getting 50 to 51 watts. And without eco mode it was 70 to 75 constantly. After some time it will drop down but most time it's those reading. So not that energy efficient compared to other. Wish the handle was a little longer and I'm only 5 '7. Good for shorter ppl .So now only time will tell how long it last. Will update in a few months or so.

I use this item regularly. It's good for my needs, the app is a little clunky and the dewalt battery adapter allows for a total discharge of the battery if your not paying attention. It also doesn't display the voltages appropriately in the app when pair with a battery but overall if connected to 120V and 12V it works well.

I love the way it can be powered by 3 different sources, especially the DeWalt adapter for situations where AC & Car batteries are not available. Keeps temperature stable & seems to get to temperature pretty fast. There is one thing that I didn't understand about the product which was described in the "about this item" section, but the picture used to illustrate the space availability gave a different impression. While the unit can be used as a both a fridge & freezer, and the main section can be set to refrigerator temperatures, you can't have both sides function as a refrigerator. Which means if you want to use the big size as the fridge, the smaller side won't be doing any significant cooling.
