I’ve been using ESR cases with great success so I’m trying their screen protector for the first time. I was drawn to the easy application process using the included applicator. The box includes everything you need for installation from start to finish. It comes with 3 protectors making it a good value for the money. Because this was the first time I used this type of applicator, I did my thorough research first to make sure I don’t make any mistakes. I found out that the process itself was very simple. Clean iPhone’s glass with alcohol provided. Let it dry for a couple of minutes. Remove any remaining dust with the dust remover (Tape) provided. I use a small flashlight to find every single dust left. Install the screen protector on the applicator “Case” and make sure the two tabs at the top are firmly pressed down so the screen protector doesn’t move when you pull on the tab. Remove the screen protector’s plastic “Sheath.” Place the iPhone on the case with the front facing down. Close the case cover and put a little bit of pressure on top. Pull the tab with an even pressure, in one direction, without moving it side to side. Leave the iPhone in the case for a couple of minutes. Then, remove the iPhone and gently squeeze the remaining bubbles around the edges if any. I had a few but I didn’t even have to use the “Squeegee” to remove them. A minute later and the iPhone looks with the screen protector looks perfect. Regarding the size. I just read some of the negative reviews mentioning how the screen protector is smaller than the iPhone’s screen. I will have to agree that the black border isn’t for everyone. The border will eat a micro amount of real estate from your iPhone. But you have to be extremely aenael to be bothered by it. It didn’t bother me. Every screen protector I’ve bought has the black border. It just looks better to me. The screen protector is slightly smaller than the iPhone’s screen to accommodate the majority of phone cases in the market. I’m using ESR’s clear case on my phone and the screen protector’s edge is perfectly aligned with the case without the case’s edge pushing up on it. So make your own decision whether or not to buy a screen protector with a black edge. It might just drive you nuts if you’re worried about losing a millimeter of screen real estate. ESR markets this screen protector as AR - anti reflective. I don’t see see any anti reflective coating on it at all, but at the same time it’s not super reflective. The screen is still very easy to read even when there is a bright source of light behind me. The screen protector itself is very good quality and super clear when applied properly. It’s highly responsive to touch and feels just as slippery as the iPhone’s own screen. I can’t comment about its durability and honestly, reading through the negative reviews scares me a little. I’ve used a different brand screen protector the past few years and it took a lot before those screen protectors cracked. I’ve dropped my previews iPhone with those screen protectors while riding a bike at high speeds when my iPhone decided to take off and landed on the ground, skidding for more than 5 feet on asphalt. The case was scuffed, but the screen protector was still spotless. I will have to update this review if and when I drop my new iPhone and the ESR screen protector cracks. Overall, I’m inclined to give it 5 stars because I’m fully satisfied with it. The only very minor issue is the AR or lack of it based on the product description. But it doesn’t change how I feel about the product. I’d recommend it to anyone who wouldn’t mind having a think black border and who uses a case daily, specially those highly protective cases.

I recently discovered that the Belkin protectors you purchase with your phone at the apple store aren't as simple to get replaced as I was initially led to believe. Not only does it cost $10 when you need it replaced, but you can't just pay the $10 at the apple store and get it installed. You have to order it for $10 directly from Belkin and then take in person to the apple store to get it installed. This might not be a big deal for people that love close by, but the nearest apple store to me is three hours away. I'm pleased to say that ESR has come to the rescue! $20-ish for a 3 pack may not seem like a bargain compared to other brands on Amazon, but for the quality and included installation hardware, it is quite a good value. The instructions are good. Everything is numbered. While not the simplest kit I've ever purchased to install screen protectors, it is definitely not going to be difficult for most users. My first mistake was not pushing down the screen adhesive assembly hard enough onto the retaining tabs. The first attempt was an utter failure. Learn from my mistakes! The adhesive assembly with the glass slipped out and ruined the first protector. Lucky for us, we get THREE! 😀😀 The second attempt went flawlessly. The little soft paddle easily massaged the bubbles out. The fit and alightment are PERFECT. The clarity and feel of the glass are on par with the screen. The glare and reflection reduction is minor but appreciated. I can't speak to long term durability, but for fun I tried to snap the glass that I messed up in half. I pushed WAY harder than I expected without it breaking. At least when new, this glass is STRONG. 💪 So far, I'm extremely impressed with the package, the instalation methods, the included accessories for cleaning and installing, and the overall appearance. I would absolutely buy this kit again, and I highly recommend it.

Great IPhone 17 screen protector. Super easy to apply with minimal bubble. After applying, just rub it with cloth or ridgid card to remove the minimal bubbles. Glass is high quality and durability, no crack so far on the 3 IPhones that uses them. Fit greatly and great value.

Installer sur mon iPhone neuf sortie de boîte, l'alignement est parfait et pas une bulle d'air (iPhone neuf donc pas eu besoin de nettoyer et retiré la saleté). L'installation est un jeu d'enfant, pas de soucis de poser précisément à mains levées, pas de crainte d'avoir manqué une petite poussière ou d'avoir une bulle coincée. Le toucher est sensiblement le même que l'écran nu, il n'y a pas de défaut visuel (pas d'effet arc-en-ciel, très bonne lisibilité au soleil, bref comme s'il n'y avait rien l'iPhone). Certain se plaigne que la vitre ne va pas au bord de l'écran ce qui est vrai, mais cela fait que cette vitre est totalement compatible avec une coque de protection. Une fois les 2 en place, on voit à peine la présence de la vitre de protection. Le seul défaut que je trouve à l'usage, c'est une légère accumulation de poussière au bord de la vitre. Après 2 mois d'utilisation je ne vois aucun défaut apparent. Je recommande à 100% !
