Have tried to get this book for ages delighted to finally get a copy Brilliant eat to follow recipes, healthy options for all the family

Step towards healthy eating
This book has a variety of recipes which are healthy. Some of them are short - but a few take a longer to make than I would like them to take (or that I have time available for).Most of the recipes use ingredients that are easy to find.

Healthy yet satisfying
I cannot wait to try the recipes from this book and love that it gives you an alternative cooking method if you don't have an Instant Pot or Air Fryer. I have deducted a star only because I feel most of the recipes have ALOT of ingredients.

Made 2 slow cooker recipes so far and they were excellent. Lamb Korma was delicious.
