Leukotape P by Actimove Sports Edition Rigid Medical Tape for Sprains and Injury Prevention, 3.8 cm x 13.7 m, Beige, 1 Roll

I purchased this tape after watching some videos on YouTube. Was prone to getting the odd blisters on the balls of my feet and this tape is totally stopped any signs of blisters. Tape up your feet where you know you need to and then if you feel a little hot spot just add a little bit more tape. On a holiday for 2 weeks in Austria walked every day in excessive 15,000 steps minimum not a single blister. Only negative but I'm not sure it is. the stickiness can stick to your socks but I think it helps in the process of stopping the blisters. you can leave the tape on for a few days replace it when you I think you need it.

Tape is good quality, it’s sticking very well and give real support for your body. After shower it’s still stay where you apply . Very easy to use , good value for money

I bought this tape initially as I was recommended it to prevent blisters on my feet when running from chafing, it does a brilliant job and is super secure. I recently dislocated my knee and decided in my infinite wisdom to strap the kneecap in place with the leukotape. It held it well and meant I could sleep without a splint. The issue came when trying to remove it, overnight it had welded itself in place and wouldn't come off for love nor money without plucking each individual hair from my leg one at a time, I tried soaking it to no avail, and adding nail polish remover to break down the glue to limited success. I eventually got it off and felt a little sore, but a few days later I had the worst shave rash of my life with the entire knee bright red and itchy for 72+hours!

For anyone interested, this is the real product: it's not reconditioned from "dubious sources", it's the real thing with lot numbers, manufacturing numbers, expiry dates and current graphics. FYI: BSN is now Essity and Leukotape P is available from Actimove, which is an Essity brand.

Tough tape but easy to tear and sticks well

Can't say that I have used this sort of thing often but its useful to have around so of course I would give this one a try too. Its rather convenient that you can pull it apart with your fingers without it feeling weak when applied which itself is quite easy to do. The way I decided to test it was to follow along the provided ankle tutorial on this page, my left ankle is weaker than my other due to an old injury when I was a kid so more susceptible to get sprains in which this makes it easier to prevent. I noted that it was in fact very rigid as the name states and never felt like it would come off by itself.It kinda seems like you use plenty whenever you use it but the roll is surprisingly bulky and long and so I can imagine it lasting a decent amount of time even if you were to use it often which in turn makes the price seem very much worth it if its of any use. In fact I would recommend having a roll of something like this in a medical bag or something at all times with this brand seemingly being a good choice for that.
