Fabulous bag !
Nothing bad to say about it it’s just what I needed

Could have been great, but alas
Good amount of storage. I can fit my MacBook and iPad in the laptop sleeve. Lots of space for gym bottles, clothes, travel wear etc.No structural integrity to the bag. In the pictures and videos it is falsely depicted as something more sturdy. It is not. And will crumple and fall over unless it is completely packed full. The bag will fold in on itself and there are problems with the zips. The shoulder straps are uncomfortable and there is no back support. So it is not practical as a travel bag. Will suffice for short trips with light weight but the poor quality material and design do not suit its purpose.Plus there are lots of excessive straps hanging off the bag with no way to hide them.This is unfortunate as it means the bag is always a mess.

Wrecked after 3 months of use
Very disappointed with the bag. Been using this for the last 3 months and is already in this state (pictures attached). Will never buy from this company again

Heavy and bulky. Not great for hand luggage as too heavy.

Falling apart on first trip
Looks a nice convenient bag & adaptable for all airlines cabin sizes. First trip and the bag is coming apart at the seams. Will be returning when I get home 😢

It destroys itself.
I bought this backpack, and when my wife saw it, she liked it and bought another one, because we were preparing for a special trip, and on the first trip both backpacks started to tear. The material is of very poor quality, and the fabric itself frays on its own. We were not carrying any weight, just our MacAir and some goodies for the trip. I tried to contact Amazon or the manufacturer to exchange it, but since our trip took place after 30 days of purchase, we were informed that we would not have access to the warranty. I do not recommend this product.
