I ordered these Appetite Suppressants on the suggestion of one of my friends and have been really pleased with the purchase. They have definitely helped curb my snacking, which was what I wanted. These also make sticking to my eating goals a lot easier and I now find that I have smaller portions, which I certainly think has helped shrunk stomach.

I think this product really seems to help with weight loss if used correctly and with a calorie controlled diet as is with most other supplements. However, this one has the benefits of metabolism boosters and green tea and Konjac root with is beneficial to one’s health so that’s a big plus! The tablets are easy to swallow and I think they support a healthy eating habit lifestyle as they seem to have limited my cravings for sugar and carbs ultimately leading to weight loss. I think that overall this is an excellent product if used correctly alongside a sensible diet.

I had no side effects at all from this product and found it really useful for curbing my appetite I found that I took the maximum daily dose but cut it down after a week i lost nearly a stone in the month which i was really pleased with- i just needed something to help stop food cravings at first when cutting down and i found this worked for me why I didn’t give it five stars is the bitter aftertaste it leaves

I bought these a while ago but am only reviewing now as I wanted to give them a fair chance to start working. It took about 5 days before I noticed that they were in fact starting to reduce my appetite. I know it can take a few days so I wasn't expecting much to start with. After 1 month I had lost just under a stone. I have a back condition that can make exercise difficult, so this was without any exercise other than normal daily walking. I can recommend these.

These are brilliant!! A little about me, when I'm bored...I eat, when i havent eaten for a few hours...i eat, when I'm ill...I eat, when I'm tired...I eat, when I drink...I eat. I just love food! But these tablets have helped me to not reach for food at every given opportunity. You do still have to use some will power but these make it a lot easier. 3 of these tablets in the morning, restricting my calories and some will power and I've lost 2stone in 10wks.

I've been using Joiavvy Apptite Suppressant for a few weeks now and have been quite impressed. It helps me feel fuller for longer, which has made sticking to my healthy eating plan much easier.
