This review is about the assembly and first day use. At first I thought I didn't get a filter. I found one in the box and then realized the other was already installed in the vacuum. The instructions were clear. It can take about 4 hours to fully charge the battery for the first use and thereafter. The telescopic tube can be lengthened by pressing and holding the red button on its back until the desired length is reached. To empty the canister press the front red button OVER and close to the top of a trash can so the contents will fall directly into the can. Or, remove the telescopic tube from the top portion of the vacuum and empty the dust cup that way. I adjusted the telescopic tube to a height that just reaches over the trash can so that when I open the dust cup, the contents fall directly into the trash can. Next time I'll try removing the telescopic tube instead and see which id recommended by the manufacture and looks easier. If you press the Dust Cup Release button, the entire dust cup will quickly fall off and most likely the door tooth dust cup will open releasing the contents all over the floor, so only do that to replace the filter.The motorized brush is small, 9.5 inches by 3 and 3/4 inches. But it does the job and can get into small areas. On the Amazon videos, the vacuum sounds noisy, but it is actually not noisy at all. You can switch the suction level of the vacuum very easily by pressing the little parallel lines on the indicator cup. So it is easy to go from powerful to less powerful if you do an area rug, or go from a rug to a hard floor. I vacuumed a throw rug at the lowest level but it was still a little too powerful to continually go back on forth on the rug. I was surprised at how much dust/dirt was in the dust cup when I completed vacuuming almost 2 rooms. It obviously did a good job. There is a 2-year warrantee on this vacuum, although others have said it is 3. Perhaps earlier version had 3-year warrantee; the information here on Amazon say 2-years.The lower area the vacuum is light weight so it can be wobbly, but I easy got adjusted to using it. I did have to press the front of the motorized bush down with my foot when starting the vacuum to be sure it was all the way on the floor. I have not tried any of the accessories for cleaning furniture, etc. But think this will be a lot better than my duster-buster type small hand-held vacuum.I have used a Bissell Sweep battery-operated sweeper for many years as a quick clean up. I purchased several through the years. But the quality for the last few have not been what I expected and the recent reviews were very poor so I was looking for something else. This vacuum does not take up a lot of storage space and is easy to quickly pull out for quick vacuum jobs. So far, I am very happy with this vacuum. Hopefully it will hold up well for years.

Great vacuum! I was looking for a replacement for my Dyson and came across this one. So many things are better than my old stick vac. First of all, it came with two batteries and two filters. It is so much lighter and when you press the on button, it stays on until you turn it off. The light makes so much easier to see the dust and dog hair. Suction is good and I can vacuum my whole house and still have a 50% charge left. And one huge added bonus, it has a three year warranty. I already sent an email to their address and got a reply the same day. I highly recommend!

I was shopping for a replacement battery for a Dyson stick vacuum, and for about the same cost I could get this, with two batteries included. I have been using it for a few weeks and it's really good. It's not as noisy at the Dyson, and may not have as much suction, but it does the job great.It fits together well, fit and finish is nice. Headlight on the roller attachment is really useful to see where dirt is on a hardwood floor.I think I am able to clean just as effectively as the Dyson, but with far less noise. I'm a fan.

I’ve never heard of this brand before in my life, but after going through two Bissel pet vacs that I had to send back due to charging/battery issues and constant clogs of pet hair in the vacuum head, I decided to give it a try bc of all the rave reviews, so glad I did! It cleans like a champ with no constant clogging, it’s light as a feather and the charge lasts long enough to clean my one bedroom… only gripe is I wish the handle was taller, it seems to be designed for shorter folks (I’m 5’10). But other than that, I’m a happy customer.

I really like the vacuum cleaner. Pros: I like that it is cordless allowing you to take it anywhere in the home with ease, easy to maneuver, the base swivels to get around furnishings, the canister that holds the dust is easy to remove and empty, the battery is easy to recharge and place back in the vac. It seems pretty sturdy. And is easy to assemble. Con: The bristles on the brush are soft making it a little hard to vacuum a thick carpet. However, a couple of passes on the carpet will work. And, the battery runs out within 20 minutes (even if it's fully charged) if the speed is on high, which you might want to use in your carpet. Side note:There is some slight weight for a senior (my 80 year old mom tried holding it in her hand and she felt it was a bit heavy for her). I gave 4 stars because of the fact that the battery runs out quickly.

I love this vacuum. Just as good as any Dyson, if not better. Lightweight and powerful that I loved it so much the first day that I bought one for my mom immediately. Light on the front doesn't need to be green to see all the dust on floors. Not getting paid for this but I really am happy with this machine.

Definitely my favorite vacuum purchase, ever. It maneuvers well and the battery lasts. Two batteries is always perfect for this kind of vacuum, because I swear you always run out of power when your having one of those 'clean it all NOW' days!
