I’ve been looking for a melatonin free supplement to help calm my three-year-old autistic toddler down at night and help with sleep. He has been taking one of these an hour before bed and goes down a lot easier than before. They don’t stick together and taste good.

My children like taking their nightly vitamins. The texture and taste is fine but the smell is a little off. As long as you don’t inhale the smell then it’s not a problem. Great value for the money.
