It was a good for gifting item.

Nice and valuable gift. The Building material is also good.

The size is smaller than expected and brightness is quite good and design as per the given image and functionality is good ,some fitting defects but it's repairable by own.

Recd as described, good quality value for money

I had placed a customized order clearly mentioning the required personalization. Unfortunately, the item was delivered without any customization, and to make matters worse, there’s no return or correction option available. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when customers trust your platform for personalized products. Either ensure proper quality checks for such orders or provide a return option when the request is not fulfilled correctly. Very disappointed with this experience.

The product itself is ok. But it came in a flimsy packing. As this item is bought for gifting purpose, it must come in a decent box packing. Two plastic covers in a torn box is what I received. Not happy.
