The lights on the front porch columns of my house do not light up, should they? They are lit in all the pictures you see of the lighted house.

They are only lit when the light level is on bright or the lights are flashing. There is a push button on the back of the house to control these lights.

It should constantly be turned into a wall outlet, or it can be charged?
