I did not trust that it will work but I am very satisfied with the product now

The details do not tell you that this appliance comes with a continental 2 pin mains plug, so will not fit a 3 pin UK socket. I have had to buy an adaptor to make this work!

Good product, non sticking, easy to clean

This sandwich maker is excellent and matched perfectly to my expectations.It very very handy and definitely good value for money.

This product is impossible to clean. The plates are on no way sealed to the main body of the product so you get crumbs and cheese and stuff in the workings near the heating elements which I consider dangerous apart from the obvious dangers of using something for food that you cannot ever get properly clean. You have to unscrew the plates but it is not designed to have this done as part of a daily routine. At the back it seems designed to trap food and again it is impossible to clean properly without setting about it with cotton buds! I have dismantled mine in an attempt to clean it but on seeing the enormity of the task I have left it apart and will not use it. Tefal are also not interested in my complaint. I will never buy a Tefal product again as they are dismissive of these issues in an email saying it's the way I have been using it that is the problem. It's not. It's a genuinely terrible design. I know it was only £28 or so but honestly buy something different from this unless you want the odour of vaguely rotting food every time you open the cupboard with this sandwich maker in.

I wish the hot plates were easy to remove and put back. As it is, it isn’t even removable so I have to manually and carefully clean the plates with a wet sponge then add soap to the sponge then a wet but clean sponge then wipe dry. So complicated and inconvenient!

Es una sandwichera que cumple las expectativas en cuanto a la facilidad para limpieza bueno es igual que todas las sandwicheras tiene sus recovecos pero un cepillito se limpia muy fácilmente más aún con su base antiadherente que la verdad he encontrado de mejor calidad que en otras marcas más conocidas. Tan fácil de usar que solo tienes que introducir tu sándwich cerrar la tapa y olvidarte Jack incorpora un termostato temporizador que te tú está el sándwich lo justo incluso te puedes preparar el sándwich eh ir a ducharte o olvidarte de él como me ha pasado a mí en más de una ocasión y cuando vuelvo corriendo la cocina después de más de una hora haber dejado el sándwich olvidado dentro de la sandwichera ni siquiera se ha quemado sino que está perfecto ya que se autoapaga. Muy contenta con la compra. Mas de un año.con ella y funciona como el primer día. No se le ha ido ni la pintura ni el antiadherente y consume muy poca electricidad solo el tiempo necesario y programado para hacer tu relación calidad precio muy muy muy ajustada en favor del cliente por supuesto. Acierto total!!
