Asthetically pleasing but noy sturdy!
Have been using this for almost 5 months and have provided my genuine review for the product. Pros: * Easy to install. * Almost plug and play. * Very smooth reclining compared to manual jack-style recliners. * Doesn't create much noise. Cons: *Abysmally LOW standards of customer service. *Comes ONLY WITH MOTOR WARRANTY , not the other parts. Parts that stop working(remote /motor/ hydraulic shaft) can only be replaced. This can be an expensive affair. Wait time for spares is MORE THAN 2 WEEKS. * The mattress NEEDS ADDITIONAL SUPPORT especially when the patient is over 20 kgs. Otherwise they would cave in along with the matress. * EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to use with an Anti Decubitus Bubble Air Mattress for Patients who are mostly bed ridden. * NO REPAIRS and local support apart from seller's city.

So far so good, a sustitute to hospital bed, where patient need to be kept at 45° inclined.

2 Months and it stopped working
In two months the bed support has already stopped working. I believe the power brick has failed as its indicator light is not showing on even when plugged in.
