We had been looking for several months for a small table to go in our small kitchen to fit a odd sized area so we could sit the microwave on to free up counter space. Plus it had to be something we both liked and wasn't crazy expensive. Came across the stainless steel tables and found one almost perfect for the space plus we both liked the look and the price was reasonable. It looks great in the kitchen! We are totally happy with our purchase!! Like other reviewers noted, having a second person to help put it together makes it A LOT more easier! Ours does have scratches on the legs and etc but we knew this could be the case when we purchase so it doesn't bother us. Was glad the table had adjustable feet since the floor in the kitchen isn't level. Would definitely recommend!

So far 4 stars. Very stable and heavy and looks great in our laundry room. It did come with a small scratch as others have said, but not bad and not worth returning. I was weary of the bad reviews, but so far at this price it seems like a great buy. Was super easy to put together. You do need your own 5/32 Allen wrench though. Hardest part was getting the plastic film off, which I guess was there to protect from scratching, but it still had one under the film.

My table arrived in fine condition w/ only slight bending to the backsplash. I have to warn those who are not accustomed to putting things together- I screwed this up royally due to my own stupidity. Took me forever to put together and I was out of my mind. When I was done and it was wobbly I realized I had put the legs in upside down- the little brown plastic ends are the feet, because they twist out to adjust the balance. Duh. And I had tried to put the short end of the L-shaped tool into the screw holes instead of the long end. Then I needed a big wrench to tighten it... Seriously- it took about 40 minutes to put it together properly, and it's perfectly balanced and I am very satisfied. I don't know why I was so mixed up, it was all perfectly self-explanatory just looking at the parts.

Extremely sturdy heavy metal table surpassed our expectations. The top edge, located at the back edge to keep food from falling behind the table, was slightly bent on the right corner but it did not concern us enough to return it. The surface scratches easily but we had already ordered a bamboo cutting board that covers the 36" x 24" surface perfectly. Between these two purchases, it cost us only $217 to add needed food prep space next to our stove and provide a shelf for our countertop model microwave. This table is open which looks great in front of the non-sliding half of the sliding glass door because it doesn't completely block the view or sunlight.

It says stainless steel, but it's not really good stainless steel. We don't use this for kitchen prep. If you are doing that, and cleaning it every day, this might work just for you. And at $100 or so, it's pretty cheap. If you just need a table in a dry environment, this might work for you. We get soap on it on a regular basis and it doesn't always get wiped off in a timely manner, and we have all kinds of rust spots. We're getting the Bar Keeper's Friend out and doing some serious polishing on this when we get behind on wiping it off. Knowing what we are using it for and what happens, I might have bought something else. I'm trying to figure out a cover for the table so it doesn't keep happening.
