Ratt's 2nd full length album, 'Invasion Of Your Privacy' was released in 1985. Certified double platinum and also reaching #7 on the Billboard Top 200, 'Invasion of Your Privacy' also featured the classics 'Lay It Down' (#40 Billboard Hot 100) and 'You're In Love'. The album features the classic line up of Stephen Pearcy (vocals), Warren DeMartini (guitars), Robbin Crosby (guitars), Juan Croucier (bass/vocals), and Bobby Blotzer (drums). RATT'S BEST EVER ALBUM!
Simply put in my opinion this is RATT'S best ever album, RATT are often compared to the America band Motley Crue but to me Ratt make much better, stronger albums, this is well produced and well executed rock music, enough said. ***** stars.

Rock!
A great album of fun 80s hard rock/heavy metal. The lead singer's voice isn't all that good, but still fits in nicely with the music. The riffs are extremely catchy, and the music is fun and well put together, melodic and heavy. Great solos too. Great for fans of 80s hard rock.

One for the desert island
I have this on vinyl and this is one of the best albums ever for me, definitely one for the desert island together with the likes of Judas Priest's "Screaming for Vengeance", Dare's "Blood from Stone", Maiden's "Somewhere in Time", Skid Row's "Slave to the grind", etc etc (got the idea?). Songs, guitar, sound, all top notch. Top reference must-have for heavy rock addicts.

What can I say, RATT are a guilty pleasure. The tracks are catchy as hell. Great guitars riffs, Pearcy's vocal style and good harmonies provided by the band. Typical hard rock fare. The band were hitting their stride on thus one and gaining in popularity. A worthy follow-up to Out of the Cellar.

Musik, Cover und Pressqualität sind top. Die Vinyl Platte läuft wie sie soll, ohne Knistern und Knacken. Bin zufrieden!

Just started re listening to some glam metal albums that I haven't heard since 1988, having moved on to other genres. This LP sounds way better then the cassette I played the hell out of back in the day. Funny how I remember most of the lyrics and song structure after almost 40 yrs, must have left a big impression. Anyhow, these guys are really good musicians and crafted some really catchy songs that defined that glam era. The 2nd side is the best, even though the songs were not the singles. For lighthearted fun metal with layered melodic riffs , you can't go wrong.
