PowerA Wired Officially Licensed GameCube Style Controller/Super Smash Bros

the pad is to the exact dimensions of the original gamecube pad except for having an additional shoulder button. it feels a little lighter than a gamecube pad, but is very responsive and I am finding it very good in games like Splatoon (though it has no motion control, so remember to turn that off) and Mario Odyssey

The controller is GREAT, but for some reason my switch games think its a pro controller (maybe because of you guys) but im okie dokie with that. But i also had a controller (a Mario pro controller) and then it got drift 2 weeks later after getting it…

The controller only lasted three months before it broke and stopped working. There was a rattle inside as if something had fallen off within the controller which made it unusable. We tried to return it via Amazon but were unable to as we couldn't see an option to do this. We've since bought a replica version and this seems to be fine at the moment.

Super good for smash bros but the only thing is that when I plug in the the controller it sometimes does not connect but overall I think it is a good product.

Was good value. Worked okay initially. After a few months buttons randomly stop working & controller stick randomly drifts. Doesn't feel as solid as official one.

Bought for smash maybe cheaper the a gamecube on but does the job only thing that could be improved would be less travel on the shoulder/ trigger buttons

Brilliant! Better than I expected seeing as the reviews where bad. Don’t regret getting it

I had high hopes for this product even once holding the controller, it felt nice, and good quality materials but it didn't connect on either pc or fully updated switch, it would connect for half a second occasionally when disconnecting the reconnecting the wire before becoming just a desk ornament, and I can't try a seperate usb cable due to them designing a certain way only they're cables can fit into the deep hole for the usb to connect to, so there is no way for me to give this controller a chance unfortunately. Don't waste your money.

Serves the purpose , one faulty connector cable so one star less

I have ordered a few GC controllers from amazon and this one is until now the best in terms of quality and I have been using it for a month now and its really good.

Paid for a quality product and it seems to deliver, happy with it so far.

Great for fans of the original Gamecube's ergonomics, with extra buttons that make it usable with modern games. Super easy to plug and play into any PC's USB slot, though you may wanna be familiar with how to set up controllers on a PC to begin with. You may also find some issues if you're playing games that need a billion different buttons, and the center ones like + or - aren't great for Steam games, but for general use, this is such a comfy and quality controller to be using and it works with most games I've encountered. Good stuff!
