I’ve been using this webcam for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly fantastic. Setup was super easy, just plug and play, and it worked right away with Zoom and my other streaming apps. The picture quality is amazing! It’s sharp, the colors look natural, and it even handles low light really well, which has been a lifesaver for early-morning meetings or calls at night.The coolest part, though, is the AI tracking feature. This thing literally follows you around! I can move around during calls or presentations, and it smoothly keeps me in the frame without any weird delays. It’s a huge bonus if you like to stand up or show things off while you talk. Plus, it has a nice privacy mode: just give a quick gesture, and the camera tilts down to “turn off”, such a nice touch for peace of mind.The microphone also deserves a shout-out. It picks up my voice clearly and does a solid job blocking out background noise, which is awesome if you’re in a busy room or have other sounds going on nearby. Overall, this webcam has really leveled up my video quality, and it makes all my calls and recordings look so much more professional. It’s a bit of a splurge, but totally worth it if you’re serious about getting great quality for work calls or streaming.

Probably the best webcam on earth! Well in my opinion of course, lol! Seriously though, this webcam blows the one built in to my laptop out of the water! The 4K video is really nice on this thing! I love that it comes with a long usbc cable so it's easier to mount where ever I need it(also has a usbc to usb a adapter), The fact that it can track my motion and follow me around the room is amazing, and you really don't need an additional mic for great sound cause the built in AI noise canceling works great!! The media could not be loaded. Sharpest upgrade to my office/desk! I mean the 4K is really sharp. The functionality on this cam is great - AI tracking is on point and the gesture control picks up without any issues. I have this plugged into my CalDigit TS3+ - it sits on my one monitor and on the daily, I am switching between MacOS and Windows and this thing doesn’t skip a beat. It does have a software package you can install for more controls and features. It was between this and another brand but I decided to go with the name recognition, the amount of positive reviews, and the star power. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase so if you’re looking for a nice upgrade with a bunch of tech features and something that is compatible with MacOS and Windows, you’ll be glad you went with this cam.

PROS- This camera is way better (IMO) than various Logitech ones I've tried (including the BRIO).- 4k resolution is incredibly sharp- I love the ability to save "views" so you can quickly switch angles, focus targets, etc.- Very premium design/feel.- Incredibly powerful, yet user-friendly application. Wayyyyyy nicer than Logitech's.CONS- 4k only appears to support 4k @ 30fps, rather than 4k @ 60fps (which they advertise)- AI tracking is a nice gimmick, but your viewers don't want to see your camera move. Turn it off.- It lacks a physical screen cover switch, like the non-gimbal version has.- I've had some glitchy moments with it, like where my entire feed was turned sideways for a bit (despite the camera not even having a vertical/portrait mode).OVERALLI'd recommend this without hesitation. I think the hiccups will be solved via software updates over time, but the device itself seems great. It's not as good as a dedicated DSLR setup with fast glass, but it's a great runner-up, in a MUCH more compact form factor.

I debated between this and the Logitech Brio 4k. They were the same cost but this one came out better for video quality and the ai tracking. I should have gone with my gut and got the trusted Logitech cam vs this one. Out of the box you are instructed to scan the QR code for setup - that produced nothing. I went to their website and downloaded the software. It was straightforward and seemed to work well until I went to update the default camera in Zoom and Teams. OMG - 3 restarts, lowered the quality all the way down to 720 - still was making my high quality pc freeze. Also I was disappointed this does not have the VOF adjustment that Logitech does. I have spent hours messing with this but ultimately just filed for a return and ordered the Logitech camera. Logitech may not have all the whistles and bells this camera has but at least it won't crash my computer.
