As stated in other reviews, this item comes vacuum packed and flat. Although it doesn't mention this in the instructions on the packaging, the pop shield will spring back to its original shape if you run it under warm water for about a minute. It took a couple of days to dry out in the conservatory before use. The shield is a nice snug fit for the Podmic which allows you to pull it all the way down to cover the 75% of the length of the mic, or experiment by placing the shield at different positions if you want to go close mic.

There is some criticism of these but read the recommendation that after opening it you wash in warm water to make the foam spring back into shape. As for value - cheaper than Rode/Neumann but quality just as good.

This is a nice pop filter, I feel that it is a bit pricey for what it is but it seems like a good material. It does come flat packed but once its been on the PodMic it will become rounded and shape correctly. I've took this off when changing microphone stands and it is shaped correctly after use.

It comes flat so just run it under warm water and let it dry.

When I received the pop filter it came in a very poorly designed plastic bag and the pop filter was squashed, making it unusable for my podmic. The material is so cheap that it doesn't reform to its original shape

Does what is supposed to do, cuts out the Pop and other wind related noises.

Does the job it was designed to do. I’m unable to compare it to similar items as this is the first I’ve bought.
