I purchased this to use in my Honda CR-V due to the abysmal charging power of the data/phone usb port. It was easy to setup. It is beautiful with a nice piano black gloss finish and the light ring puts out the most perfect amount of light that doesn't mess with my vision like some led lights do. The colors are very nice and they are not terribly bright so it doesn't affect night driving. To connect typically takes about 10-15 seconds to complete and I've not seen it drop my signal once - after about 40 days of use. Honestly, if it wasn't over $20, I would probably buy a second one to put in my other sad usb charging port just because of it looks...It's just that nice. If you are considering, you should try it out. I am very pleased with mine.

Well made solid construction and it works while leaving the vehicle and re-entering it. Truly a treat for bot iPhones and Android phones. Highly recommended. It was easy to setup and it only took 10 minutes

This was so easy to use in my hyundai palisade. Plugged it in and it automatically named it's self palisade after my car. Connected within seconds through bluetooth and had android auto going. So far I've had no problems with it and I love how the usb connection is center so it's flush when plugged in. Can't say how it works with carplay but android auto is great.

PROs-* Works well, connects every time.* Low profile.CONs-* Couldn't get it to plug into the USB-A socket on my Honda CR-V so I connected using the included cable. Everything worked fine, but I had gotten this particular adapter over others because I didn't want anything sticking out or hanging down and being in the way of items in the console tray. A few days later, I decided to try it again since it plugged into the cable with no problem. It went right in, so I have to assume the USB-A plug on the device may have just been a bit out of kilter and plugging it into the cable's socket straightened it out. Regardless, it's now plugged directly into my CR-V's CarPlay port and works great.* The USB-A plug isn't centered on the back of the device - it's a bit wider on the left side than on the right. Another couple of millimeters more and I wouldn't have been able to plug it in which, again, would have defeated the purpose of a low profile, "non-intrusive" device. If this had been manufactured with the plug in the center or with a bi-directional plug it would be more likely to fit more applications.Overall, I like this device for its' functionality, low profile, and attractive appearance, and I would give it 5 stars if it the fit were a bit more universal.

This adapter has worked great. Paired easily, connects easily. Very compact and no worries about pulling my phone out of my pocket or bag and having wires all over my dash. I was having issues with wires constantly causing my android auto to disconnect. No worries with this and no lost connections so far.

Connects almost immediately when I start up my vehicle. Haven't had any issues with connectivity yet. Super convenient compared to using a cable. No regrets.

This little device saves you the trouble of using a cable to access your phone via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto wirelessly, but be careful, this is a wireless adapter, it does not add CarPlay/Android Auto functionality to your car, your vehicle must have these features via cable, this 2in1 will save you the hassle of the wires.To use it, just connect the phone via Bluetooth to the adapter, not to the car's Bluetooth, in fact, I recommend unpairing the phone from the car stereo and forgetting the Bluetooth connection on the phone, so that it connects only to the adapter, thus avoiding many connection/disconnection problems. Its connection is fast compared to other adapters of this class that I have tested, as well as being very stable and low latency. Once the connection is established, you can enjoy all the features such as music, GPS and calls without keeping the device connected via USB cable.The adapter's light can be changed by going into the web interface it has (you must first establish a Bluetooth connection). You must connect to the IP address listed in the instructions using Safari or Chrome and from there you can change this feature and even modify the transmitted audio quality.Recommended!

We have a 2021 Mazda CX5 whith factory Airplay. While that is convenient in it's factory state, I was looking for a wireless option where a phone doesn't have to be plugged into the specific USB port in the center armrest/console. I chose this unit as our vehicle has knob navigation, not a touchscreen. This unit connects well and is easy to setup. Functions perfectly with the knob interface which is important. No complaints with this wireless Carplay adapter.
