This thing is awesome! I love it. Gets hot almost instantly. I haven't run it full power for wood yet bc the tip glows red.Can't think of anything bad about it.

Purchased the 939 VI in January of this year, but didn't get to use it until two days ago (April 28). Today is April 29 and my unit appears to be burned out less than four hours of combined run time. It ran great while it ran, but now??? Don't really want to have to gather up all the parts (the wood is used up) and have to send it back. It's quicker to purchase another and hope for the best.

The media could not be loaded. This wood burner is almost perfect for everything I need in a burning tool. There are only a few minor details that are due to personal preferences only. One being I wish there was a smaller diameter ball tip for super fine lines. There is definitely a learning curve here. I have practiced quite a bit with most of the tips trying to gauge the difference in marks they make. I love that there are two wands to use so switching out tips isn't so grueling. The second detail was i hate how thick the cords are, but after showing my husband he informed me it was because of the amperage levels needed for this product. So, now after being informed about that, I must say I am very happy with this product and will continue to enjoy it for years to come, I'm sure!

I have never done wood burning before and I want to teach a 8 year old boy how to have fun with wood.

Well i paid $69 for this kit only 1 month ago. So im bummed that the price is now much lower. Other than that I realy like this kit. Ive been using it non stop since i got it. The pictures attached are done w this burner.

I was really excited about this but had a rather lackluster experience with this product. The layout is a little clunky and i always questioned whether the pens were secure. The tips were okay but the cooldown on them is super-fast. It doesn't include the tip that I see in a lot of tutorial videos - a LOT of videos, so this makes me think it's an important tip... so why didn't I get that one in this variety of tips I have no idea how to use? Really, it was the super quick cooldown that got me frustrated - I could only go a couple mm before I had to lift to reheat the tip. All examples I saw online drew much longer lines before having to lift. I will try some more but so far just not very impressed.
