I have terrible back pain due to (back fusion) major surgery. This supplement is the only thing I have tried that really risked the edge off of the pain! I wish it last all day, but it does not get me up & going for several hours!

My husband and I took this for 3 months and it caused more pain. As we both started to decline and our pain increased in all joints, including those that had not hurt before. We had made no other changes to our eating or walking routine. I stopped taking this supplement on the off chance that it was the problem. The pain went away after a week off it. I only wish I had figured this out sooner as the next subscription arrived and you can't return it. Definitely NOT worth the money.

My husband and I have been taking this religiously for months. I still have some hip pain and he still has tightness in his knees by the end of the day. This product has good stuff in it, but it's just not helping us as much as we had hoped.

I figure that with consistent usage, over time, these nutrients will continue to be absorbed into my body to steadily assimilate health throughout my entire nervous system. Beforehand, I could feel a steady decline of comfort in my movement, also a general air of malaise. Since adding these, I have also noticed less brain fog, and more desire to do enjoyable things.With moderate exercise, and eating less foods that promote inflammation, I am absolutely experiencing less discomfort (e.g. joint pain, stiffness, sciatica). The ongoing relief from discomfort is giving me the incentive to continue to take these kinds of nutrients daily.

This product caused severe diarrhea for several days. Stopped the supplements and the diarrhea went away. Restarted to be sure it was the supplements and the diarrhea returned. Read about each ingredient and you will find diarrhea mentioned as a possible side effect. Then the 24/7 number on the bottle just takes you to 4 1/2 minutes of solicitations to buy emergency necklaces, Medicare supplements etc. No way to talk or leave a message. Email went unanswered.
