Very good product. No instructions but video available online regarding how to fix the strap properly. Otherwise high quality and easy tk use. This auto stops after 10 mins (recommended time usage). This is rated #1, for 2025 and 2026 by the Guardian and Independent too

Efficient and easy to use

I purchased this item a year ago for nearly £400, and it has now developed several serious faults. After about a year of use, it began failing to turn on consistently. When it does turn on, even the slightest movement causes it to switch off or drop to an extremely dim light, almost off. It has always been fully charged, but the issues continue, including occasional flashing. I contacted the seller, and initially they asked me to provide video evidence. I did so. They then claimed they could not view the video because it was on the web, so I emailed it to them directly. After that, they instructed me to return the item at my own cost, promising to refund the postage later. I explained that, given the price and the fact that the product is clearly faulty, they should send a replacement and collect the defective unit at the same time. Instead of addressing the issue, they kept repeating their demand for me to send it back at my expense, without offering any real resolution and prolonging the process. At this point, I need to report this to Amazon, as the seller does not appear to have any genuine intention to resolve the problem or assist the customer properly.

This does seem to be having an effect, although it's slight. The mask is a bit scary to wear the first time, but you get used to it.

Easy to charge and use and super comfortable as it’s flexible. Power port has clip so you can clip it to clothes so you can walk about if needed. Automatic ten min timer so no worry about falling asleep with it on. My skin feels smoother already and I’ve only been using it three weeks

The quality is excellent. The price is on the higher side, but it’s justified by the build quality and performance. It feels premium, well-made, and works exactly as expected. Compared to other high-end options, this one delivers solid results without feeling overpriced for what you get. If you’re willing to pay more for quality and good result. This is a good choice!

È diventata il mio appuntamento fisso di bellezza e benessere: bastano pochi minuti al giorno per sentirmi come se avessi fatto un trattamento in una spa di lusso. La maschera è leggerissima, comoda da indossare e si adatta perfettamente al viso, cosa non scontata per questo tipo di dispositivi. La tecnologia LED è delicata sulla pelle ma super efficace: già dopo le prime settimane ho notato la pelle più compatta, uniforme e luminosa. Le piccole imperfezioni sono meno evidenti, e anche la texture generale del viso è migliorata notevolmente. Quello che mi ha colpita di più è la sensazione di tonicità e “pelle distesa” che lascia dopo l’uso. La sto utilizzando in combinazione con i miei sieri abituali e ho l’impressione che ne potenzi l’efficacia. Perfetta per chi vuole prendersi cura della propria pelle in modo avanzato ma semplice, senza dover ricorrere continuamente a trattamenti estetici costosi o invasivi. Un vero gioiellino hi-tech della skincare, che consiglio a chiunque voglia fare un passo in più nella propria routine. Un investimento che rifarei mille volte!
