So far, so good!
Been using it for two days now, so far I’m impressed and glad I bought it. Rolls very easily. It won’t easily roll over a thick extension cord like some people complained about but that’s not a reasonable expectation in my opinion. Stitching is solid unlike some who complained. It’s very sturdy, the backrest makes it much more comfortable than the flat seat I used to have and sometimes slid off of. The notch in the upper backrest makes it easy to grab to pick up, and the seat back gives me something to push against with my hands to assist my weak knees when I get up. Took tray is nice and large. At first I had a problem that I thought would result in a one star rating and a return. After assembled, the seat was stuck in the lowest position. I ran to the reviews and found another person had the same problem, he rated it one star and apparently never resolved it. I thought crap, I need this thing now but I have to return it since the lowest position is way too low for my long legs. But I could not get the seat to come off to disassemble it no matter how hard I tried. How am I going to send it back if I can’t repackage it? Out of frustration, I pulled up on the handle so hard that I thought I’d break it. I expected to bend the handle by pulling so hard but it didn’t, and then suddenly pop, up went the seat! Now works fine. Very stable, comfortable, easy to move around, and most of all… it looks great! Envious looks firm neighbors when working on the car in the driveway.

I love it!
Update 8-9-22:I still love my chair! It's made doing the things I need to do so much easier. The seat gives better support & is more comfortable than I expected. And recently one of the wheels lost all its bearings. So I contacted the company & talked to a lady named named Meg. She was so helpful & took the steps to take care of the problem. She didn't hesitate to help me. I would totally recommend not just the chair but the company & how they took care of me as well!!! Thank you Traxion!June 2021:I love it! I just got it so this is what I can tell you about it right now. It was super easy to put together so if there are any ladies out there that need something like this it's only 5 nuts & assembling the parts in the right order. I plan on using it for my gardening. It has a somewhat smaller wheel radius than my office chair. The tray underneath the seat can hold a lot of stuff & you can rotate it for easier access to what you need. The casters roll really smoothly. It's often hard to find things like this that are built to handle us plus size gals but this feels really safe & sturdy. The seat is comfortable. It doesn't fully support the lumbar area but they don't claim it does so that's something I knew before I bought it. I plan on getting a foam wedge to help with that. The seat is well padded & comfortable. The only thing that I could find to remotely wrong with this is that they wrote in the assembly manual that it takes a 11/16 wrench or socket but it actually takes a 9/16 wrench or socket. But it comes with a little wrench that fits it, although I would recommend using a socket instead of a wrench to fully tighten the nuts. So far I'm really happy with it. Wow, quality made and easy to assemble
Wow, I've been looking for a chair to keep in garage to use on car maintenance. This is the perfect chair at the right price. Quality made with good components and comes well packaged. They test these chairs for quality control, watch the video on these. You can spend more money for less quality or equal, but this one is meets all requirements. Highly recommend!

Great for people with back and spine issues, very Comfortable. Car detailing, cleaning wheels etc
First. Traxion is a great company. I had the issue that some have reported with the hydraulic cylinder appearing to have failed after just a few hours of minimal use. I'm not a small guy, but we'll under the 400lb weight limit. I sent them an email late one evening, they called first thing the next morning and a few days later I had a newly redesigned seat bottom with lever and new hydraulic cylinder. The seat base on the new one appears to be made out of heavier gauge steel, and a redesigned lever. The problem on mine was the button on top of the hydraulic cylinder was pushing against the lever which was pinned against the bottom of the seat. It went up when I got up, but down as soon as I put any weight on it.Secondly, it's AWESOME. It's let me sit in my garage for more than just a few, not several minutes on my old round seat, craftsman. I have major lower back issues with a lumbar fusion and nerve root scaring and damage with no options but Pain Management. I only share this because for the past 7+ years I was unable to enjoy much of anything related to my passion for working on cars. I've found different tools that have allowed me to do different things, but this is near the top of the list, and probably my favorite thing. It obviously didn't fix the issue, but has allowed me some much needed time in my garage, or shop. I will buy another for my shop once it's cooler. It's easy to roll around on concrete, it will go over air hoses and extension cords, but it's not easy for me. I tried it once, but it's just easier to kick it out of the way with my good leg or cane. It actually goes lower than my craftsman with 2" casters, go figure. The tray is helpful holding stuff, you just have to make sure it's not taller than the seat in its lowest setting if you plan to use the adjustability, otherwise you can ruin something, or make a big mess. I learned this the hardware with an expensive bottle of liquid. Luckily I had just cleaned the tray and was able to salvage most of it.If your situations is even remotely similar to mine, stop reading reviews and just buy it, I can't imagine anyone being disappointed unless you plan to use it on unpacked substrate or mud. I have not tried it on gravel, only fairly smooth hard material such as concrete and tile. BTW, i worked great inside the house as well, it allowed me to change a few cabinet hinges that HAD been broken for years. And my 7 year old enjoys it.
