Improved range over stub adapters.
I'm using this with a desk top computer so it's size is not a problem. I have experienced improved speed with my current WIFI setup. Reliable and easy to install.

Works great with Fedora Linux
Purchased this Realtek RTL8812BU USB Wireless Adapter for use with an older desktop running Linux (Fedora 42 w/16.6.x kernel) and it works perfectly. Turned off the built-in network adapter, plugged this WiFi adapter into a USB port, restarted and it was recognized and ready to go. So far, it has been stable and providing a solid 850Mbps (or better) connection.

Works with no drivers
I tried several USB Wi-Fi adapters and this is the first one I tried that truly did not need any drivers beyond what Windows 10 includes by default. Many other adapters sound like they might not need a driver but they simply include a required driver on a drive that mounts when the device is plugged into a USB port.

Good value wifi antenna
I love this thing. I use this to practice in my cyber security course and it's been doing great. Great value and pretty much works out of the box. It might take a little bit extra time to set up based on your OS but I didn't encounter any issues.

Only rating a 4/5 because product wasn't compatible with school product needs. Very easy to use connected fine to HP laptop windows 10

Perfect for a Linux!
I'm using this for Kulp lighting controller with PocketBeagle, I needed something that was linux friendly and would not require additional drivers. This was perfect for that application, I have recommenede to friends who are doing similar work already.

Died after 6 months
Worked pretty good for about 6 months then died. Would not recommend.

Si lo quieres solo para conectarte a Internet, es suficiente. Pero si lo quieres para Hacking puede que tengas mejores opciones (tuve problemas con los controladores en kali WSL [computadora] y en mi teléfono no detectaba la antena)

Funktioniert mit Linux Mint. Habe auch im Betonkeller noch ausreichend Signalstärke vom Router im Paterre.
