Good Customer Service but don't waste your money.
**EDIT** Seller reached out and offered a full refund, which was nice and unexpected. I give the customer service 5 stars but the product remains a 1 for and average of 3 stars.Filled up after one print head cleaning and still couldn't print. Waste of time and money.
