Just got it today turn it on got an error 0xc0000185 call for support got the run around. Option for return is ups pick up only no drop off. Ups will try 3 attempt to pick up from your home. I work for a living i can't be sitting around waiting for a pick up, they said will call or text when arrive for the pick up not sure the time frame. Need to do better. this is very inconvenient for us working folk.

I ordered this item and just picked it up today since I work out of state. The charger didn't work at all. The computer seems very old. I'm reading it has a build date from 2015. My mind is blown and I'm flying overseas tomorrow. How am I to return this mess? Smh it's not even windows 11. It's windows 10. Also cannot be upgraded. This is a garbage laptop waste of money. Should be banned from being sold on Amazon

Bought two of these for my boys. We are going on a long trip and God help us if they can't check their stuff. If you have gaming kids you get it. I was not in a big hurry to spend alot for a laptop for them to share. After looking I came across this one. I was hesitant to buy and being so discounted. Will I went and bought two lol. I was very surprised to find out the quality and price don't match. This is definitely a 1300 laptop discounted. It's not a 400 laptop discounted. Both boys say it works great for their games. Mainly Minecraft, Roblox etc. If looking for a laptop for gaming online I would absolutely encourage you to get this one. To top it off it came way before date it said it would arrive.

Nice laptop but would not have purchased if I had known it didn't have a touchscreen.

Computer itself is decent, I like how it's metal shell. And ram is nice, but I paid for a 3.6ghz processer and it only came with 2.0 who would I contact about this?

I will be returning this purchase. Contrary to what is advertised, it is only 2,000MHz, not 3,600.

My mother in law needed a new laptop to replace a much older one and after much searching this was the best brand/price/specs that I could find in this price range.First I am happy to say this had one of the cleanest windows 11 installs I have encountered, no bloatware or unnecessary shovel ware were installed, so that saved me considerable time getting it set up for her.The system boots reasonably fast and has a sharp clear looking screen with good brightness levels. Spec wise this should be perfect for anyone who needs it to do basic work, consume media and browse the net.Regardless of advertising this is not going to be a great gaming laptop, it should be able to handle some light gaming such as adventure games, anything sprite based or something like Minecraft but don't expect this to handle something like Skyrim or Cyberpunk.For anyone interested AOC is a fairly well known brand who markets everything from monitors to mini pc's. This specific laptop is also marketed under the AceMagic (model AX15) brand name with the exact same specs and depending on the listing that version could be a bit cheaper. So I would search Amazon and look for the best deal/seller. I went with this one as I wanted one shipped by Amazon in case I encountered any issues.
