Bought this hoover about a week ago has been great so far. It is easy to set up and very effective. Light in weight great movement/ flexibility and filters all easy to remove and wash. The suction on it is incredibly powerful. It’s a little hard to push on the carpet at start (due to the strong suction) but once it gets rolling its amazing! I definitely recommend getting one you won't regret it.

Excellent vacuum. Cleans really well and is very powerful. Only complaint is with the customer service: not answering emails and it is impossible to find replacement filters.

Bought this based on customer responses and vacuum website reviews, but it was a mistake. While the suction is really good (no complaints about it), everything else is not so. First, the unit is heavy. If you are using a stick vacuum and think of "upgrading" -- don't. It's difficult to maneuver because of its weight and size, and so requires multiple attempts just to get to the spot you want to clean. Secondly, it's quite flimsy. Only a couple of months of using, and one of the guiding rubber wheels broke, and now it's impossible to operate on a hardwood / Floor mode (the Carpet mode works well though).Overall, I regret buying it, but it's too late to return now. The next one I get will be a lightweight / stick vacuum just like a had before and was quite happy using it.

Bought this back in November 2024, having spent a good few months asking others for their recommendations and reading review after review for all brands and models of machines. I already had one thing in mind for what I wanted to avoid, which was having a cleaner that costs more to run. It's a pet hate of mine, learned at an early age, having had to lug home the various brands of bags for the numerous cleaners my parents bought as a child. Beyond that, I wanted it to be reliable and not something that stopped working out of the blue between one use and another.Advice and reviews soon zero'd in on this, which has turned out to be one of the best purchases I made when moving into my new home. It is quick and powerful on every surface that I have used it on. It does present you with a bit of a jigsaw once it arrives from Amazon, seeing as for packing it is broken down into its modular parts. A quick read of the manual and its detailed easily understood line drawings soon gets you up and running seeing as it all goes together click click click and then plug in, and you're up and running.Just used it to give the house a sweep over, after my morning walk, and then got another one of those nagging emails from Amazon about do I wonder if anybody's reading my reviews. What they really mean is, please visit our site and spend more of your money, but if you are reading my review, and you're after a damned good vacuum cleaner that does its job quickly without any fuss and definitely no consumables needed, then look no further because you just found it.

A good hover. I like the weight and quality. Does pick up pet hair and all tools you need. I like being able to easily extend it and the light does help. Been using it awhile now so good quality

For £140 I was dubious, but this is a powerful little vacuum. Half the price and weight of my current branded vacuum (in the shop being fixed), I am very pleased with the ease of assembly and, despite some reviews saying it isn't very maneuverable due the suction, I had no problem with it. It has brought the pile on my very old carpet back up a treat. Was quite horrified at how much came out of a 'clean" carpet!So value for money and weight, on point and a good, long cord meant i only had to plug it into the socket in the hall and it did the whole bungalow in one go.Good selection of tools too.Downside - I don't think the slide function will work too well, as it seems to stretch the hose inside the brush head.The headlight isn't very bright, but that's not a major problem.The main issue for me is that the hose is classed as an accessory, and unlike other brands, is not a fixed part of the unit. So if you need to use the hose for skirting boards etc, you have to take the main body off and fix the hose in order to carry on. Again, not a major problem but it just causes work.I wonder if this has been done to cut down on weight? Also, the hose is not that long, so if you have high ceilings, it may be a stretch reaching corners.But on the whole, pleasantly surprised and would recommend.

Sadly not fit for purpose in my case, it says it is for both floors and carpets, but if you have any vinyl flooring, you will find it near impossible to move, this is due to the lack of any kind of suction control.The lift away aspect is not as easy as in the video, it takes several attempts to put it back on, it self detached from the bottom twice (not the lift away part), even though it had clicked in during assembly.The pipe can only be used in lift away mode as it attaches underneath, there is no place to store this on board and for the pull up feature, you have to hold it in position as there is no lock feature and it is constantly pulling back. Could make for a good gym workout I guess.It's just badly designed and makes vacuuming take longer as a result. I had to return it in the end.Only plus was it had a decent crevice tool.
