Purchase this magnesium as a recommendation from Dr Berg from YouTube m, around a week ago and by 3rd day of taking a daily pill I started sleeping at night full 8-9 hours and feel less tired during the day. Never realize how important it is for our health. And as a 56 years young menopause women that couldn’t sleep more than 2-4 hours after 2:00 AM this is God’s send.

I take in the evening and my sleep is noticeably improved among other health benefits. I was vit. D deficient and advised to take magnesium with my vit d3+k2. I'm no longer but d deficient.
