The Clips won’t hold their position. I had to improvise by tying two knots to shorten it.

Great replacement for my original P10 band. Comfortable and well made. Amazing value as you get two bands. Fits and its design is the same as the original. The only difference is how you adjust to size. I’ve washed this and it is not getting stretched out and losing its elasticity. Material is soft and general on my face.

Which is better for my head

These straps are too small for my normal sized human head. The nasal pillows are pulled too tightly against my nostrils and make the fit uncomfortable. Ironically, strap stretching is also a problem with headgear like this.... but these straps are not the answer for me.

If you don't need to adjust them, they work fine. I'm not a fan of the little "clips" to adjust them as they tend to make a lump to sleep on. If you sleep on your side, like I do, you can put the clip in the back (if you need it, I don't really need it because I've got a big melon). I guess if you sleep on your back, you could put it to the side. I tried it in the back, and it seemed a little bulky. I could definitely feel it when I laid on my back, but I don't sleep on my back, and I ended up just taking it off. Just be aware that it's different from the original that came with the headgear.

So much cheaper than replacing your whole mask assembly. This gives you a good fit that holds firmly but is not too tight. I recommend these.
