Works Like a Dream for Road Trips and Camping!I got this mini refrigerator for road trips and camping, and it has been absolutely amazing so far! First off, the dual-zone feature is so useful I can have a fridge and a freezer at the same time. I kept drinks and snacks cold while freezing meat for longer trips. The temperature control has been very precise, and it cools down fast (seriously, it hit freezing temps in no time).The WiFi app control is super convenient. I appreciate being able to check and adjust the temperature from my phone without having to open the fridge. The design is also well thought out the interior light, removable crisper drawer, bottle holder it all makes organizing easy. Plus, the door can be reversed, which is a small but great touch. What really impressed me was the battery protection, it has three levels to prevent draining my car battery.Overall, it has been efficient, reliable, and well worth the price. If you need a portable fridge/freezer for your RV, camper, or car, this is the one to get! Very much so recommend happy travels to everyone out there

I installed the unit today, so I can't speak to longevity, but I will speak to what I have seen so far.The build quality is good. I like that there's a light inside. The door latch is very secure. I am in love with the independent temperature controls for the freezer vs fridge compartments.It's rated at 80 watts, which translates to about a 6.5 amp draw. Assuming a 50% compressor duty cycle, that means it'll use about 3.25 amp hours of your battery capacity per hour it's powered on. So, if you have 200Ah of 12v storage, this fridge will run for nearly 3 days on your battery... assuming no other draws, and you're not charging. Not too bad, really.Unlike the gas absorption unit this is replacing, the fridge came down to temperature super quickly; like 15-20 mins and it was cold inside.The ONLY gripe I have about this fridge is that it doesn't mount like other RV fridges with a flush flange, so theres an ugly, unfinished edge in my camper. A trip to the Orange or Blue store will fix that, though.

This little fridge us awesome! Sleek design, great cooling power, low energy consumption,and the fact that it's 12V makes it perfect for my boat solar powered system.

Broken frin the beginning

The media could not be loaded. I got this 12V fridge for my Sprinter van and absolutely love how sturdy it is. If you've ever driven an RV, then you'll probably know that the fridge can open up during steep hills or sudden stops, and things will fall out. With the Bodega Cooler, I'm confident that won't happen. The latches are incredibly strong, and it even has a lock feature to keep everything secure.The fact that it opens from both sides is such a nice touch, especially for tight spaces in the van. The internal compartments provide plenty of room for both food and drinks, and you can easily remove or reconfigure the compartments based on your needs.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this fridge. It’s durable, functional, and provides peace of mind knowing all my items will stay put, even when the road gets bumpy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable fridge for their RV, van, or camping adventures!

I really like this fridge. It replaced a dometic in my van and I was a little skeptical given the low price and brand that I am not familiar with.But I figured I would take a chance since it was free shipping and free returns.12v setup was easy and connected into my existing setup in minutes.The temperature setting was quick and easy. I have a fridge thermometer inside and it never wavers more than 2 degrees either way. Much more consistent than what I had previously. It also uses less power from my batteries each day which is always a plus.I love the big freezer- so much bigger than what I had before. I like having multiple boxes of ice cream in addition to my frozen veggies.The bottom shelf on the door holds a half gallon of milk, a box of OJ and other similar sized liquids.There are a few things I don’t love. The top shelves on the door are very small and don’t hold much that I would like to put there.I also don’t love the door opening approach. The latch on front unlocks the door (a good thing) but then you have to reach around the side of the door panel to open it. In my setup, accessing the side of the door is tough because it is completely flush. I’m going to add a strap to the front and see if that makes it easier to open.Overall I’m very happy with this fridge so far. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

It has been two straight weeks of road tips and this has earned a spot as my favorite travel gadget, the first night using it in my van I was a little skeptical, would it actually keep things cold without draining my battery and turns out not only did it keep everything ice cold but the app let me adjust it without even getting out of my bed, the freezer section was good too I packed some frozen meals for my trip and they stayed rock solid the whole way, no more settling for gas station snacks or ice which that was my go to before this. I used to buy ice and put everything in a cooler and I had to replace it every few hours

I got this for my camper as most 12v fridges are cooler style. It fit perfectly. Isn’t drawing much power and it’s stylish and it’s keeping food cool. I’m running 300 am hr batteries and 500 watts of solar and I can run continuously no problem.
