Looney Tunes Collectors Choice Coll: V1-4 BD

It's more of the classic Looney Tunes cartoons, beautifully restored and feature many that were previously unreleased on Blu-Ray in high definition. Although some shorts were released before, there is enough new content to make this release worthwhile. If you enjoy the uncut toons of childhood from Warner Bros. then this will be anothered treasured edition to your collection.

In a world where streaming services are constantly changing their catalogs, owning physical media is a real asset. Just a heads up, there may be disclaimers included for cartoons that might contain outdated or sensitive material."

If you love the Looney Tunes franchise, this is a must have. These shorts were on the (HBO) Max streaming services and if you’re like me you live in the United Kingdom or any country where the streaming service isn’t available and/or you hate streaming services, the video and image quality on Blu-ray definitely beats streaming video and audio quality. This is a great selection of cartoons put on the collection. Even if you’re importing to another country like I did, the set is region free so don’t worry if your Blu-Ray player is stock for the time being, at the same time I have provided you region coding information if you’re considering importing Blu-Rays whether it’s from the US or the US

Reason I wrote this is to bring attention to that the individual releases have the cartoon episode names written on the back of the case. A list of what’s on them. This 1-4 doesn’t list what’s in it. Not on the case, and surprisingly comes with no booklet. It’s a good price, but I’d pay an extra $5-10 just to get it with a booklet of the episodes, even a single art card insert with a list of the toons. That’s why I’m writing this, as a heads up, 1-4 doesn’t list what’s on the discs. If you like a breakdown, stick to the individual volumes. Or make and print your own cheat sheet.That being said. Thank you Warner Bros. This release of toons is amazing. You people are heroes

Bigger collection. Still great Looney Tunes.

Really great collection of a hundred classic Looney Tunes cartoons, which look great on Blu-ray, by the way. Contains what were originally released as volumes one through four in an earlier incarnation. They are all collected her in one massive Blu-ray set. This is the greatest library of classic Looney Tunes cartoons ever assembled!

Excellent selection. Disc quality is very good. But the cartoons are just that with no commentaries, extras or additional content. All in all, not a bad deal if it doesn't go above Amazon's current (12/24) forty-buck price.
