EDIT: The company I purchased this from, ReNew Pros, went out of their way to help me get a windows PRO edition after I received the incorrect HOME edition. I updated to 5 stars. Also, the surface tablet with this new ARM system, it's very difficult waiting on my favorite apps to make their software compatible, but this surface pro battery life is EXACTLY what you would want from a tablet, and much less expected from something that can work as a laptop. First day impressions. What a premium product. The seller sold me a used* but not even actually used before surface pro. It was beautiful and so satisfying. This machine is so strong too. I wish it had more support for apps, it's ARM based, which means a lot does not run natively. The model I received is not a 12 core ultra model, it is the 10 core model, but it appears that I received an OLED screen. 2076 is the build number. Pretty neat honestly. I ONLY cannot give it a 5 star review, because it claims windows pro, and it is running windows home. Even my surface 7 runs windows pro. But overall, this is a stellar product. I am quite happy on my first day of usage. Will update if things change.

I’m really impressed with the hardware on this new Microsoft Surface Pro 11. The 13" display is crisp and vibrant with its 2880x1920 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate—perfect for productivity and media consumption. The Snapdragon X Plus processor is surprisingly powerful and efficient, and paired with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD, performance has been smooth even with multiple apps running. Battery life is solid, and the device stays cool and quiet throughout the day. The build quality feels premium, and the touchscreen is very responsive. However, a word of caution: the product description states that it comes with Windows 11 Pro, but the device actually shipped with Windows 11 Home. This was a major disappointment, as I specifically needed the Pro version for work-related features like BitLocker and Remote Desktop. I had to purchase a separate Windows 11 Pro license, which was an unexpected and unnecessary expense. If you're counting on Windows 11 Pro being pre-installed, this device may not be the right choice, at least not until the listing is corrected. I'm deducting one star for the misleading product description. That said, if you’re okay with Windows 11 Home—or don't mind upgrading separately—the hardware itself is excellent.

Great Tablet. Easy to setup. I've always had good experiences with Surface Pros. It is fast and the screen is easy to see!

Ditched my laggy Dell for this. Never looked back. I recommend getting the keyboard. All of you Microsoft products are rolled over just by logging in with your password. No need to download your files. The monitor doesn’t have a USB port, so a a docking station is recommended for external devices with USB.

I got cheated. This is not Windows 11 Pro. It is Home. Buyers beware!!!!!

Surface Pro8を今でも使っていますが，2台を使っていつでもバックアップをリアル機として使えるように１週間ごとい交換して利用中です．デザインや液晶タッチ入力できるメリット．液晶面の支えがあってタッチしやすいことなどが魅力でsurfaceから逃れられません．このたびIntel chipではないPro11になったので不安で半年以上購入を控えていましたが，いよいよ購入，利用しました．ほとんどのソフトウェアが（emulation modeも含めてですが）利用可能です．ただしプリンタドライバーなどでまだ対応できないものもある（Epsonなど）ので注意ください．快適に使用しています．デザインと使用感には本当に満足です．ハイスペックを利用してmain machineとしてsurface Pro8とともに愛用です．
