It works great. Traverse surfaces with ease. I have 2 cats and a dog and it vacuums the floors very well. App is fairly easy to use and it will map rooms after set-up if you leave the door open.. So far worth the money. I've been using it for over a month with no issues.

I've wanted a robot vacuum for about a year. I wanted one that just vacuumed & mopped. No big hub because I wanted a small footprint. Well this has been one of the best purchases I've made. I am from NC 7 right now the pollen is so bad. The pollen that it collects is amazing. I turn Smarty on and there it goes cleaning my hardwoods & 2 rugs. The noise level is low unless you run it on max cleaning then it is a bit loud. I see it has come down dramatically in price I paid $232, and it is worth every penny, I purchased the accessory kit to change the filter & brush head. I use the APP & mapping. I turn it on and away it goes. Does a really good job. Cleans under my bed,couches & dining table & chairs.

This is the first time I write a review. I love this Deame D9 Max Gen 2 Robot vacuum. I always read the reviews when I'm fixing to purchase something from Amazon. One thing I have noticed that sometimes it seems as though I'm read a different or maybe a similar product. That is why I'm listing the full name of the produce, I wish more people would do this also. I really do love this robot. I've had it for 2 weeks now and used it 3-4 times so far. It picks up very nicely, I would suggest that you empty the contain that collects the debris mid way into the cleaning. I had previously vacuumed but it still picked up more that was not noticeable to me (which was a good thing for me). I don't find that it's very noisy, I have it on the highest level. It was somewhat easy to get it started. It mapped my house very quickly, but the first time cleaning was kind of strange it was a little bit all over of the place. The second time I used it, I just had it do a 2 room area, which worked out better for me. I do wish that I had gotten one with a remote control, I think that it would help me with doing the areas that need it. But you are able to tell it on the app which areas that you want done, which I guess fixs that problem. It does surpass my expectations for what I paid for it (139.99). It has been a life saver one less chore to do. I have not used the mop feature, because I have long leaf pine flooring and I will mop that my way. But I will try it on the tile floor when I can watch it to make sure that it doesn't get on my wood floor. I would recommend this product, I gave it a 4 star because I haven't had it for a long time, may update later.

Good vacuum. Does a good job. Great for pet owner with of hair because it offers a nice big dustbin with 7 dogs is super handy. It does my whole house on one charge on almost full suction super easy to clean basically all parts can be washed with water. Overall a good vacuum for the price does a great job. And it never tangles it has a floating rubber brush that is super handy and easy to maintain. Very satisfied

I’ve been contemplating on buying one of these for many years. I have three kids and a significant other who works 12-15 hour days and being a family of 5 keeping these floors clean on top of having a job myself made it nearly impossible. I finally caved in and bought one. When I first got it and set it up it literally took just a few minutes to map the house and in no time to get it going and by the time it started I immediately fell in LOVE. It can be little noisy but not enough to be disruptive, while the kids was sleeping it done their floors and the noise didn’t wake them up. I love the look of it, it’s a nice clean look and it easily finds the charging dock. Anywho By the time the cleaning was done I opened it underneath to check the dirt and I couldn’t believe what was in our floors that our broom left behind (and yes I swept DAILY sometimes 2-3 times a day). The robot goes around and clean everything HOWEVER There is ONLY one thing that’s keeping me from giving it 5 stars and because of this reason I’m only giving it 1 star. After using it the second day it alerted me and stopped the cleaning cycle and said “clean brush” or something in the lines of that. The brush is what you snap on underneath to pick up extra dust or whatever and when I went to clean it there was nothing there- I snapped it off and cleaned it throughly all for it to do it again a few minutes later and I’ve kept repeating the process each time it says it and now it’s ongoing and will not clean without stopping completely every few minutes. I researched it and apparently the brush or something inside the robot itself is defective which sucks because this particular one I can tell is a great mop/vacuum robot but because of that it’s a hit and miss buying them. It’s not something that they can just fix either you’d have to send it back and troubleshooting does not help. I really wish this was it but because of the defective part you’re just wasting $300+ for it to clean for 1-2 minutes and shut off.

I’m seriously impressed with this robotic vacuum. The battery life is no joke—it can clean my entire apartment twice in mop mode without needing a recharge. I wasn’t expecting that kind of performance! What really surprised me, though, is how quiet it is. I work from home and sometimes I completely forget it’s even running. It handles vacuuming and mopping like a champ, all while staying out of my way. If you're on the fence, this one’s a game-changer.

The Dreame 9 Max Gene 2 robo vacuum and mop is picking up the dust and dirt from my living room floor. I am loving the function of the vacuum that it both vacuums and mops muliple spaces in my home.

Doesn't do a good job on carpet. Leaves behind string, lint or cat hair at times. Does a better job on hardwood floors though. This shouldn't be used to replace your powerful vacuum cleaner. It does charge really fast after each use and it's not teally noisy. It's a large size but it really maneuvers from carpet to hardwood floors without any problem.
