I used to use a different, more expensive brand but decided to give them a try. The ones I were using was using were 100% consistent in providing a smoother injection. Some of these needles are not as smooth but I would say at least 90% are. The other 10% are a bit more painful at times. I'm an adult so it's not a big deal but I'm not sure young kids would like them. For me the price was the driving factor and I now have them setup to have a box delivered every month.
