My daughter is really trying to eat naturally and find natural home remedies to many health issues that her family may be going through. This book is good for a novice in working with herbs & spices. I ended up giving this to my daughter who will get better use out of it. as I already had knowledge and recipes of my own a great gift for someone like I said, that is a beginner and learning how to create their own remedies. The book is well illustrated and simple to follow. It’s easily written for a child to follow, which is a great thing and I skill to get under their belt at a very young age. Learning to make your own concoctions and remedies is a great skill for everyone to have.

This is an amazing wealth of information. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep it and had to return it as I am allergic to many various ingredients and couldn't take a chance. If you don't have allergies to ingredients or certain foods, get this book. It seems so helpful and informative.
