No super powers but it tastes alright :D

Why am I not discovered this product a long time ago. This is so exhilarated refreshing and energizing. This is better than electrolytes. I mix mine and juices because I did not like it in the water but it works just the same. I feel energized and refreshed every time I have one of these. I put these on subscription just because it is so good. It makes me feel so refreshed, energized and alert. Just add one to 8 ounces of juices or tea or whatever you fancy. Maybe you like it and just regular water. But I just like a little flavor in mine. Try it this will make you feel so refreshed and energized.

Work well. Take it first thing in the morning

I didn't notice any difference in the beginning. I'm continuing mix it in to my drink to see if there is any long term benefits.

Honestly terrible, took it once a day for a month with zero noticeable effects. The taste is ungodly so normally I'd just choke it down and move on. Will not be buying again.

These have been a game changer for my pregnancy! Almost everything makes me sick, especially most things that hydrate you. The taste is very subtle and actually helps me to hold on to the water.

Seems like they work like they should but not sure if they make you more hydrated than just plain old water?? ( Shrugged shoulders emoji)

Gives me energy from the get go in the morning! Take a full tab with water and Celtic salt. Not great taste but I'm instantly awake and got spring straight in my step
