This is a good washing machine for a nuclear family at this price range .It washes the clothes properly and also has anti bacterial and stain removal wash cycles which uses hot water and comes in handy sometimes. I have been using this washing machine for past few months and the machine does not make much noise and is very good. Also recommend to not buy a stand because that actually add to noise during the Dry cycle. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the automatic/manual water sometimes does not work well like it chooses based on what parameters not sure. Also if in btwn power goes off the your washing was on soak mode if switched on again say post an hour it still starts from the soak mode-the solution fr this is we need to manually select wash cycle and then rinse nd dry.

Good product, working fine , initially installation was delayed , however when i raised a request on the same day team came to install and explain feature calmly

I am very disappointed with this washing machine. I bought the Whirlpool 8 Kg 5 MAGIC CLEAN PRO expecting good wash quality, but it has been a poor experience. The biggest issue is that the heater function does not clean clothes properly. Even after washing with hot water, stains and discoloration remain on white shirts. There is hardly any noticeable improvement compared to a normal wash. Another major problem is the excessive noise. The machine is much louder than expected, especially during the wash and spin cycles. The vibration at the start of the cycle is extremely concerning. The machine shakes so violently that it literally moved from its original position. Even after ensuring it was placed on a level surface, the issue persisted. Overall, I regret buying this product. The cleaning performance, noise levels, and vibration make it difficult to recommend. I expected much better quality from Whirlpool.

washing machine works very well and cleans clothes efficiently. It is a bit noisy while washing, but overall, I’m happy with the performance.

From last 10 days I am using it. No issues found. Just FYI for everyone - When whirlpool guy comes to your house for installation and demo they will Push you for Hard water wash filter + water Pipe as mandatory costing of Rs 3500 extra . So beware For those Rs 3500 I am rating 3 star . Whirlpool should provide the hard water wash filter + water pipe which is basic thing
