We like our Fire TV sticks. This new one came with some more irritating options when setting it up, IMO. I just want a straight-forward, few click, set-up. I think the price is very, very reasonable especially when they are on sale. The Fire sticks work well for us even with our slow internet at times. There are a lot of apps available and I think the picture quality is there. I would say that historically we get a number of years out of these and then they fill up and even when you clean up the app storage, they tend to get so "laggy" that they are unusable at some point. I am not familiar with other streaming devices at all, so I am not sure if that is an "across the board" thing or not. Overall, I think they are a good buy and we are comfortable with the ease of use of the Fire Sticks.
